After School Education & Safety Program (ASES)
The After School Education & Safety Program (ASES) is a partnership between the Sacramento Chinese Community Service Center, the Sacramento City Unified School District, and John Bidwell Elementary. The ASES program provides support and enrichment opportunities to both students, and families through various programs provided throughout the day. The after school staff works to provide students with a fun and safe environment conducive to learning and development. The services provided by the ASES program include:
- Literacy (STAR Readers)
- Social Emotional Learning (180 Degrees)
- Academic Development
- Health & Wellness
- Physical Activity
- Science (STEM)
- Technology
- Art
